another night thats going to pass,
i lay silently under my cover..
out of e sudden, something break e silence of the night,
something is hitting against e metal grills...
as i peeped over my cover,
i saw nothing but pitch black..
there was silence for a couple of minute,
i lay still, trying to sense whats coming..
den i heard it again...
not hesitating, i illuminate e whole area.
e intruder was no where to be found,
but i can sense its presence around here.
i went to get my weapon, my trusty buddy which i've been using for years against such intruders...
slowly, i begin scanning e whole place, trying hard not to make too much noise.
den i heard it again..and this time, he gave his position away.
he choose not to attack but escape, but i aint gonna pity him or have mercy on him...
i tried hard to lure him out to e open so i can have a clear aim on him.
he's smart. not moving an inch no matter how much i taunted him.
i begin to come out with a plan....
i will act as though i'm attacking him from his back,
this will make him move forward.
and after 3 mins of decoy move, i finally got him to e open.
i stare right into his eyes,with my trusty buddy on my right hand.
no mercy...i thought...and without any further thinking, i whack him hard on his head and body, but he didnt die just yet, so i continue this step till i see a lifeless of his. then i quickly dispose his body out of e place...before going back to my peaceful sleep...smiling to myself for my achievement and victory... one cockroach killed.....

back from thailand!

but it wasnt as bad as i though it will be
brunei is still e hell.

thailand was a total different experience.
though there were little mountain to climb,
but when we have to, we are always on all fours.
its freaking steep.

vegetation is different too.
if brunei's moutain is a young mountain, covered will trees which seems to over populate e top,
den thailand's mountains are old mountain, which seems to be balding from my pt of view. ground are filled will stones and sand, which makes standing still rather impossible as u will find urself sliding backwards after a while.

walking long distances on flat ground under the hot scorching sun.
not a sight of e slightest cloud in e sky, which contributes greatly to e extremely hot temperature in e day and freezing cold at nite.

bathing was a totally new experience too.
with a over size bath tub which is around 1m in width and 6m in length. water filled to e brim and nake guys scoping water out from in pouring over themselves.
icy cold water + chilling wind = guys jumping around as they touch e water.

another thing is e toilet bowl, which got a small hole...as in...e pipe which all ur waste goes thru is smaller compared local.
so when everyone sees e sign "Do not use toilet paper" outside e toilet, everyone starts questioning how are they going to clean up.
so alot of us develope a method, which i call it "by parts"
it can have lots of steps, but it only got 2 major part to it.
first part : finish shitting followed by a flush.
second part : wipe once followed by a flush.
second part will continue till totally wipe clean.
so every big business will usually accompany with half a dozen of flushes.

food in e camp, yes...
we have rice, prawns, vegetable, fish and soup.
and thats for everyday.
for prawns, its a alternate between sambal and chilli.
vegetable is e same.
fish is sambal, chilli, or fried.
soup...i can't make out what soup is it...
prawn is usually consumed with e shell, for lazy pple like me.
breakfast is beehoon with prawns.
meal time can be a drag sometimes...

anyway for e missions,
i can't really recall much except lots of walking over long distance at high speed..
and digging into ground filled with rocks and mini blouders...
u can see e sparks flies when my blade hits e rocks...

anyway 20+ days passes just liddat, last 2 days is R n R...which i think is a total waste of time... imagine this, we are in thailand...where buddism is e main religion, but we didnt visit any temple at all..doesnt make sense to me..

ohh and i bought lots of stuff for myself and my family..but not enough cash for my friends...haha..next time ba..next time den get for u all...
